Version 1.1 lets you choose System, English, or Simplified Chinese in Settings & Trust. System uses Simplified Chinese when Chinese is preferred or the device region is China, and English elsewhere. An explicit choice is stored locally.

Your working documents stay under your control.
No account or subscription is required. MeowScanner has no ads, cross-app tracking, third-party analytics, or developer-operated document server. Content leaves the app only through an action you choose, such as sharing, exporting, Apple Translation, or downloading from a valid HTTPS address you provide.
